Just what we need

My husband and I are both having issues with inflammation, joint pain, and no energy. We often say it must be what we are eating since we are both having those issues. This book is a life-saver. The author does such a good job of making it easy to understand. The recipes look like we can definitely implement the strategies. The accompanying PDF is so helpful.
