A tough read based on speculation and theory.

This book is a tough but worthwhile read. The biggest takeaway I uncovered was the further highlighting of the widening gap between our military and the civilian leaders appointed to serve as their heads and the broader political establishment as a whole. Worth the read but it may take two or three passes to glean the major points of the authors thesis.

Dombrowski and Reich nail it…

Excellent and balanced read. Very well done. Easy enough for the armchair enthusiast but enough detail to satiate the grizzled cold warrior’s appetite for recent analysis. Only thing better would be to have Dombrowsk’s dulcet New England accent reading the words.
