Dark, smart, romantic thriller

Loved this edgy, literary page-turner.  It was cunning, suspenseful and dark -- and tender as well in its depiction of Gina and Duncan's love. It kept me guessing, my loyalties shifting throughout the novel between its complex co-protagonists. It left me with questions about love, deception, and morality. A rare thing: a page-turner that respected my intelligence.

The reading was fine, but I didn't always like how the female narrator handled Duncan's voice. Other than that, I thought the audio performances, while not excellent, were more than suitable.

Most boring story line I ever read!

This book is trite, character development is nonexistent, there is no theme, no symbolism nothing. I kept thinking it would get better but it didn’t. How any publisher agreed to publish this book is beyond me. Don’t waste your time or credit!!!
