What a heart wrenching concept.
I overall enjoyed the set-up of the story. I have always found reincarnation romances beautiful in a tragic way. Boone and Felicity had sweet and fun chemistry as a regular couple, not just the eternal soul mates connection that makes it more rich and powerful.
Felicity and Boone are congenial characters, Felicity so entertaining and beguiling in her own unique way, a big heart, and has a super cool skill. Boone is literally Mr. Smooth and the definition of truly, deeply in love.

Once more, Logan Anare is my king of male narration. I liked the softer tone he brought to our cursed lead. He is always a treat for the ears. And the surprise guest on the last chapter is as rich as coffee. I will say that at times, the pacing and sentence structures felt somewhat off. And the last two hours (about 25%) did not match the styling, speed, or cadence of the rest of the story. And the ending…was not my cup of tea.
Still, this is a precious love story with multiple lives twists. It’ll help you find your one and only.

Good story and performance

Went into listening to this with no expectations and was pleasantly surprised. A beautiful compelling reincarnation story with a twist ending brought to life with excellent narration.

The story was a good reincarnation story with a twist ending I didn’t see coming. The characters were likable. The premise was unique from other reincarnation stories I’ve read previously so it was a nice change! The performance was well done! Worth the listen!

The End of Forever is a standalone novel by author M.C. Stokes. This is a new author for me and I was hooked from the start! After an unfortunate encounter with a witch, Boone is forever cursed to be immortal and lose the love of his life. Over the centuries, he has only loved one woman and married her numerous times. Present day, Felicity meets Boone and instantly feels a connection. And then she starts to remember, have dreams, and suddenly this time around is much different than before. If Age of Adeline and Time Traveler's Wife had a baby, this would be the magic they made. LOVED the originality of the story, LOVED the narration by Logan Anare (and last chapter by Lexi Evans), and LOVED finding a new author and narrators to put on my "find more from them" list. And that ending! Oh, my heart... This one will be stuck in my head for awhile. 5/5 stars!!

this book had me not wanting to stop and leaving me needing a part 2! the way it was written, I could see everything in my mind, I felt the emotions. I highly recommend!

This one absolutely pulled me in from the start. I didn’t even want to finish it because I wasn’t ready to let go of these characters, but of course I had to see how it all ended. And wow. What a journey.

Boone and Felicity’s love story is the kind that stays with you. It’s beautiful, heartbreaking, and a little bit magical. Imagine loving someone across centuries and never truly getting to keep them. That’s what Boone faces, loving Felicity over and over again, watching her live and die, hoping each time that maybe this life will be different.

On Felicity’s seventh life, things start to shift. I loved how the tension built slowly, with little moments that made me question everything. There were so many “wait, what?” moments that caught me off guard in the best way. It’s not just a romance. It’s a haunting romantasy with a twist of fate, destiny, and longing.

Honestly, the writing had me completely hooked. I felt everything. The ache. The passion. The desperation to change what feels inevitable. I devoured this book late into the night because sleep could wait. Boone and Felicity’s story was all I could think about.

Logan Anare and Lexi Evans did such an amazing job bringing these characters to life. Logan’s tone and cadence were absolutely perfect... like, chef’s kiss level. He brought so much emotion into Boone’s character that I actually felt his pain and longing. Lexi's narration gave so much strength and vulnerability at the same time. Their voices blended so well together and made the entire story even more immersive.

The End of Forever is one of those reads that leaves a little mark on your heart. It’s romantic, tragic, and totally unforgettable. Boone and Felicity’s story is filled with love, longing, and a whole lot of emotion. If you’re a fan of soulmates, second (and third... and fourth...) chances, or emotionally rich romantasy, this one’s worth diving into.

Be careful what you wish for!

Wow! This book started off a little slow, but quickly picked up and dragged me into the story. I couldn't stop listening. Boone is the perfect man - he's had over 400 years to perfect himself after being cursed by a witch. Felicity is his reincarnated wife for the seventh time. Boone always finds her. Once Felicity realizes that they have been husband and wife six previous times - never mind. No spoilers!

Narration was great. Logan Anare did a phenomenal job as Boone.

I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. This book is definitely going into my reread pile.

Wonderful and unique

The End of Fotever by M. C. Stokes is an excellent love romance story. Logan Anare and Lexi Evans did an excellent job with the narration. The story is entertaining, interesting, romantic, spicy, enjoyable, sad, and more. This story is about an immortal and his wife who is reincarnated over and over again. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. Highly recommend.
