So America is burning and heading towards a scary future, along with the entire rest of the world.

BUT we can’t stay grounded and revolutionary if we are dysregulated, anxious, and worried so much that we can’t think straight. The goal of fascist and oppressive regimes is to distract us from the path to freedom. They want us to focus on how ridiculous it is, on how cruel and scared that cruelty makes us feel.

Any warrior heart knows that the path must be walked despite the attacks on the battlefield. When I was in softball in high school, my coach used to drill into us that we had to run right through the base, never slowing down. Because as we approach the base, we know it’s closer, so we tend to slow down and pace ourselves to get there and stop all at once. In the process, you significantly slow down your momentum and ruin your chance of being safe. This is the lesson at hand.

We must learn how to continue running right through the base over and over again without tiring and getting burned out. Remembering our power as we stand together. And you can’t achieve the societal reform we all seek without maintaining your own inner power and balance. This means the best thing you can do is to listen to your aching heart and overworked body. Let it show you the revolutionary path forward. Let it tell you when to rest, when to rejoice, when to yell, when to act, when to plan, when to repeat.

Before we overreact and end up in analysis paralysis, we go inward for direction, clarity, and knowledge. We ask our body and spirit what it needs, what it wants, and how it wants to contribute to the fight. This meditation is recorded from a donation based event I hosted that was centered on just this. Both helping you reclaim your nervous system and autonomy, and figuring out how you want to show up.

Something I have seen recently with my therapy clients is that they get stuck in the process where they feel their feelings, but don’t know how to move through them. It is very common if we aren’t taught how to, but it’s what the oppressors want. We choose to acknowledge the feelings and speak to them. Let our spirit know we have choices and we have gifts. The intersection of the two (choices and gifts) is the path forward!

Well, well, well, I am FINALLY covering intuition in a solo episode! This is a highly requested topic on the podcast as I am a psychic medium, Akashic Records channel and have been professionally reading and teaching students how to tap into their intuition for over 6 years.
