Story
Tesla is the envy of the automotive world. Born at the start of the millennium, it was the first car company to be valued at $1 trillion. Its CEO, the mercurial, charismatic Elon Musk has become not just a celebrity but the richest man in the world. But Tesla’s success was far from guaranteed. Founded in the 2000s, the company was built on an audacious vision. Musk and a small band of Silicon Valley engineers set out to make a car that was quicker, sexier, smoother, and cleaner than any gas-guzzler on the road.

Repetitive and boring
The book is highly repetitive and offers little to no insightful information. Other than recapping Musk’s achievements, there’s not much value in this book. Talks “first principles” like it’s something new, and gives advice like “research it on Google or YouTube”! Seriously. Also, the book reader is really, really bad.

A Fascinating Insight into Elon Musk and Business
This book not only explores the development of Elon Musks as an entrepreneur, but also his early development, influences, obvious genius, facisnations and evolving ideas, but what the differences are between managers, business owners and entrepreneurs. Randy explores the key approachs used in any small or large buisness venture. He maps out what helps us move from idea to action while valuing, tapping into and utilising all available resources, such as people, skills, research and how to maximise the incoming data and feedback.
The key message is that its the passion, enthusiasm and curiosity that is the natural driving force, for not only having the energy for endless pursuit, focus, problem solving and decision making but creating somthing that brings great satisfaction and purpose to all involved. It highlights how we maximise on people's natural strengths, skills, abilitys and even obsessive focus at every level and stage of the business and that some business methods will never age.
