Wow! So far, so happy....the recipes that I have.

Wow! So far, so happy....the recipes that I have tried so far are amazing easy and delicious....I will report back as to the success of the diet after I finish the first 28 days. I have psoriasis and migraines so we will see if it helps!

Great book!

I bought this book as a result of cardiomyopathy as my cardiologist recommended that I needed to start eating and anti-inflammatory diet. I've been trying the recipes and they are really good. The recipes call for fresh foods in the smoothies. Many of the cooked meals call for lots of coconut products. I've had never heard of coconut amino acids but it taste a lot like soy sauce. Proteins consist of chicken, fish, beans, squash, nuts and hemp. Great book!

Clearly illustrated too which helps.

Great recipes and easy to follow eating plans to suit all. I have an autoimmune disease and so this book has been very useful in guiding me to eat food which doesn't cause inflammation. The food is great, I haven't felt as if I am restricted in my diet in anyway. Clearly illustrated too which helps.

I think this book provides a good foundation for improving one's diet. It's well written and is beautiful. Good book for someone looking to replace junk food with something healthier but not very helpful as anything more than that very first step.

This is a complete guide to what you will need to start making critical changes to the way you eat! The authors make what could be challenging for most of us completely doable. They lay out a simple to follow plan including tips for how to prepare for change. Another plus is that most of the recipes contain less than eight ingredients. So happy I bought this book!
