Other audio books have narrators and are lovely, including the original audio of Wheel of Time.

It was a Great audio book. Great narration. Totally worth a listen. On to the next book.

Narrated very well

Rosamund is an excellent narrator and will leave you on the edge of your seat. No droning monotone that will leave you drowsy and mind wandering.

Rosamund Pike!

I started listening this series with her, but I couldn't wait for here narration to come out so I bought old narration. It was ok, but this is leagues better. I saw that she has published this I have immediately exchange the old one for this one. It is much better! I will now just wait for forth book read by her. Please don't let me wait long ❤️

Rosamund Pike transforms the audio experience

I read the first two books of WOT series narrated by others but came across Rosamund Pikes narration of the Dragon Reborn. I wish I had been aware of her narrating sooner. I cannot listen to the rest of the story unless she is the one narrating. I haven’t seen the next book in the series with her narration. Hopefully she will finish the series. I watched her in the Prime production and without her the show wouldn’t survive. But to hear her bring each character to life transports the listener to the WOT universe.

Really Great!

I finished all the Kramer/Reading Wheel of Time audobooks a while ago and for a while I have wanted to relisten to the story. It's a real pleasure to have Rosamund Pike's version available. She is a truly great reader and has enhanced this story for me. This version is also faithful to the books which has restored my estimation of her. The Amazon TV Series, in which she plays Morraine is a disaster that is really just a very different story based on the world and the characters. For any of you readers brought here by the Amazon series, forget that, this is the real Wheel of Time.

There are major differences in Pike's reading here vs Kramer/Reading and I have to say that I was surprised in that I like this one better! There were a few things I didn't like; For example Matt is one of my favorite characters and he is given a sort of rube-like accent here that I think is a little cheap.

I hope there will be more Rosamund Pike versions of these books!

Good story, but…

I’ve listened to 3 in the series, so clearly it held my attention. At the same time - despite the obvious empowerment of female characters - EVERY woman in the books is described as “pretty” without variation or use of a thesaurus. Likewise, they seem to be consistently snarky, angry, or mysterious. So, it has worn me out and I’m taking a break from this particular author for a while.

Will only buy rosamund pike

The narration was phenomenal. Compared to the previous narrator, Rosamund Pike, it’s like a breath of fresh air. Her characters are real, the range of accents and voices. She uses is almost mind blowing. I hope she does the whole series, because I want to finish the series. The storyline is fantastic. The characters are deep, complicated, and surreal. This truly is one of the best epic fantasy series ever.
