Heartfelt, wise, exactly what I needed. Can't get enough

What a great book! I'm not usually one to write a review, but I can't seem to get enough of this book! While the story is pretty heavy, the way Dr Nikki tells it is so warm and light hearted! Also, the wisdom sprinkled in is really helpful for anyone going through a difficult time. I would highly reconnect this book to anyone, especially if you're going through a tough time in your life.

Dr. Monti’s willingness to be completely transparent, accountable and honest about her life, her decisions both good and bad, her highs and lows, is remarkable. It allows the listener to reflect on their own life and examine themselves even deeper.
