Narrator puts you to sleep. Annoying voice.
I absolutely love Salvatore, I have all of his works in my personal library.
Unfortunately this narrator makes it incredibly hard to finish the first book of the saga, let alone buy anymore.
Sounds like he should have stayed in theatre doing renditions of Shakespeare, not reading Salvatore.

I still don't care for Salvatore's perspective Choice sometimes it can make things a little more confusing but the world he has created in this book is great very unique and extremely deep not just a cookie cutter fantasy world also the reading of it isn't very good

Mature and good for teenagers and adults alike
This is a very interesting fantasy for many reasons. It seems mature even if it clearly is sort of a young adults fantasy novel. It also have some thoughts on the nature of evil and about being a good person. It almost feel a bit "catholic" but I don't think R.A. Salvatore belongs to the Church. I liked it very much.
Will listen to the next book with great interest.

I enjoy this series
I read this book years ago and really enjoyed them. Listening to them now, I didn’t like the story as much as I used to but it was still good. The reader did a good job with his voices and expressions into the book. I do recommend the series.

the amazing story
i love this book. it was my first Salvatore book. but the audio leaves a lot to be desired. The narrator barely does voices so the women sound like men and so forth.

loved it
I really enjoyed this story, it had a lot of character development which is typical in the Salvatore books, and you will really like the characters.
