As a data nerd, I always beam when I find logic to my madness. This episode has so many golden nuggets that I keep going back to - and I don't only mean the absolute BOMB reasoning why you need to collect data, why people usually don't like collecting it, and how it affects and shapes your entire business. As Dan says towards the end of the episode, if ONLY the "how to have a good relationship" segment was provided, this episode would already deliver MASSIVE value... So good you have to go back and listen multiple times!!

Data-driven customer acquisition? Heck, yes!!
