Erin struggles to save her homeland from the warring elves. Only a dragon – the ancient weapon-beast of the Dragon Queen – has the power to defeat this new onslaught. To do that she must find and bond the dragon. Even then the victory is not guaranteed, and saving her land and her children may cost her, her life.
On Earth, the Grand Cull has been thwarted, but Celeste struggles to keep the elves and orbs from causing everything to descend into chaos. She also finds that her only solution may involve a dragon, and finding Erin on a distant world might be the only solution to her problems.
