Lauren is joining us back on the podcast and we want to share the birth story of Elijah Joseph Sheehey and some of the reflections and lessons we had during this second pregnancy compared to the first with Ember.

While nothing truly prepares you for this phase of life, if you are a parent or want to be a parent in the future, we hope this conversation gives you some insight that not many people share, especially with the stark contrast of birth experiences we encountered.

We also share how Ember is handling the new transition to a family of 4 and how we still want her to feel prioritized, loved, and receive quality time with each of us during Elijah's infant stage.
