Publisher's Summary

Harmless, a bit lonely. Gray long hair, silver sneakers. Beth Carmichael's name raises both eyebrows and respect in the right circles. To the inexperienced eye of homeless Josh, she's an easy target for a quick hustle. Hear Beth ply her magic as Josh finds the error of his ways.

I absolutely loved it!

Would you listen to The Crone Who Leaned on a Sword Cane again? Why?

Yes I would definitely listen to this story again! I loved the characters and felt as if I was there watching the whole story play out. It could definitely be quite a bit longer because I just have to know how their first year together went! I would recommend this for a captivating quick read!

A very nice feel good story!

I came across this when looking for something not too long for my commute. A very nice fell good story. The writing and the narration were both very well done. It did end with me wanting to know more of the story. I just got Past Lives: Crone World 2 and am really looking forward to listening to more of this story.
