Decent story. A little long winded about the steroid saga. I get it though. Tough times for this guy. I feel bad for him

Must read for a MMA or Crippler fan

This was a great listen. Pleasantly surprised..... This was very easy to listen to, and would kept me interested the entire time. The Narrator also did a great job. I would say this is a solid 5 stars for any MMA fan.

Hooked from Round One: Chris Leben’s Life Unleashed

I’ve been a fan of Chris “The Crippler” Leben since The Ultimate Fighter, and this book didn’t disappoint. Hearing his life story — the triumphs, struggles, and raw honesty — kept me hooked from start to finish. The audiobook was well-written, well-narrated, and hard to put down. If you’re a fan of MMA or just great life stories, you’ll enjoy this one.

Good read

enjoyed the read, very interesting life he had. It kept me occupied on a long drive from Dallas to San Antonio.

I don’t usually give reviews but this is exactly what I wanted, emotions / energy in an audiobook.

Chris’ perseverance

Loved it all. This book made me examine my own life and perseverance or lack there of. I always liked him as a fighter, and now, as a fellow human. Stay hard Chris!!!
