I very much enjoyed reading this book. I will be applying it to my life. It’s extremely interesting, knowing how the brain works in relation to the every day behaviors we see from ourselves and others.

The material is excellent and clearly explained. The presentation wasn't my favorite, although I do like when the original authors read their own worjs. I appreciated that they gave concrete examples and exercises for building better connection
