Great book.

Just finished it. The content is legit, and the narrator is great. I got a lot out of it, especially regarding creative financing. I’ve been doing the BBBR method for 25 years, using traditional financing, and commercial. I wish I had been well-versed in more of the creative methods than just Owner Carry, and Hard Money over the years. The more tools in your belt, the better. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to level up their current real estate investing, and certainly anyone just getting started. Grab the book, and listen to it several times, it’s well worth it.
