What a great cookbook to learn Keto from

I am a beginner to this program. from what I can see this book has lots lots of recipes . this was very informative and the recipes are helpful along with the grocery list for the first 2 weeks.

Well done

The The Complete and Comprehensive Ketogenic Reset Diet Guide and Cookbook has the best information on the keto diet and the science behind ketosis that I've read. There are great lists of food types with what to eliminate and what to replace them with. There are lots of recipes for every meal of the day. They are recipes that will use the new fresh groceries you will have on hand. The recipes are full of nutritious ideas that will allow you to fill your diet plan.

Good product with high quality

Lots of helpful information especially for someone beginning keto. It explains a lot of how and why your body is changing. Highly recommend. So far I haven't tried the recipes, but I like that they are simple and have ingredients I've heard of.

A good overview of ketogenic as it gave a brief insights on the history of ketogenic to get the gist on the functions of ketones in our body.The benefits of this diet and other specifics to understand what ketogenic is all about, before presenting various recipes as a guide for a start up. Also most of the recipes call for 4 servings. At least 80% taste good. There is also a lot of dairy which I like. There is an occasional recipe with an obscure ingredient and I can usually make a substitution. I would say i am happy with my purchase and appreciate that its not just smoothies and salads

Fantastic book

This book has some great recipes. Some of them I already know, but there are enough new ones that I got to try. This book has a wonderful start about keto recipes, there are also given benefits which really attracted me to purchase this book.

Good Overall...

The book said you will feel satiated and satisfied and that's very true. I really enjoyed the WHOLE BOOK.You just need your determination in order to enjoy all the benefits of the book. Instructions and pictures are very clear. I love how detailed is everything it includes a shopping list which made it even easier.This guide is definitely worth a listen, please pick it up if you really care about your health.

Wonderful book!
