More recipes I enjoyed than I thought I would

I saw the opportunity to check this book out for reviewing it and said what the hell. I was surprised that I enjoyed a lot of the recipes I chose to try out, and plan to try a lot more of them out in the future. I guess it shouldn't surprise me that much, but all it really takes is a little prep and forethought to make some healthy and good tasting meals. I will definitely keep using some of the salad/dressing recipes and try out some of the other things to slot into my meals in the future. I received this book in exchange for an honest review.

Not my cup of tea

There's no doubt that the recipes contained in this book are healthy and easy to prepare. However, if you're listening to this audiobook, and cooking at the same time, rewinding to find the right amount of an ingredient will not only prove to be impractical but also frustrating. “I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review”

Great read!

This is a great read for dieters and those that want to learn about veterinarian cooking. I have never been a huge fan, but I was thoroughly surprised how many of these sounded like great meals! I received this book in exchange for an honest review.

A very useful book.

For those who want to eat healthy and to try to improve their health this is a useful tool to reach that goal. The Narrator does a good job in presenting the information. This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review

Plant Based Diet Meal Plan,

Really great audiobook. Easy recipes , lots of helpful information. Very well creator. Even if you are not new to plant-based cooking you will love the recipes.
