Very helpful

This is an excellent Low Carb Cookbook for women. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use Low Carb for losing weight. I think it is a handy book. Health is wealth and when it comes to woman we are very much conscious about our weight and health. Other than that, this book is awesome! Step by Step Instructions! The narration was done perfect by Elliott Jolly. I would give it 4 star "This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review"

Healthy eating made easy.

This book is perfect for someone who isn't willing to completely give up the carbs, which I'm not. The recipes are easy to follow and yummy. Plus the author gives 3 additional cook book's free on the web. I recommend this for anyone wanting to eat healthier. I was given a free copy of this book at my request and have voluntarily decided to leave this review.

Low Carb Cooking

I've tried several of this author's cookbooks so far, and there's something fun and different in each one. This recipe book is focused on low carb dishes like Italian Sausage Breakfast Casserole, Chicken Tomato and Broccoli Salad, and Slow Cooker Chili. All the recipes are healthy with fresh ingredients. There are also 3 free companion cookbooks that make it even more worth it. The narration was done well, the narrator has a clear voice that made it easy to understand him. I requested a copy of the audio, and I'm voluntarily leaving a review.

Good Low-Carb Cooking

This little book is filled with low carb recipes that cover breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Each is complete and sound tasty!

Low Carb Cookbook

If you’re looking for some great low carb recipes, check out this book. The narrator is very animated and really enhances the material. I wish there was an accompanying pdf of the recipes. The chapters are broken down by meal type, but it’s difficult to pinpoint exactly where each recipe is in the audio copy of the book. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

Eat healthier with these recipes

In trying to eat a bit better, I'm glad to have found these short cookbooks. The cheap price keeps me from feeling too invested in any one book and lets me try several different ones affordably. The clear narration is nice and I can speed up or slow down the recipes to any speed that works for me. This author is pretty prolific. I decided to give his diet-oriented cookbooks a shot after having good luck with his appliance-oriented cookbooks (crock pots, soup makers, etc). This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.
