Quick, Easy, and yummy!

Lovely! This book is great. I love how fast every recipe is, how simple the ingredients are and how it's easy to maintain. The book is full of "clean eating" recipes (think GF, dairy-free, etc) but they can be adjusted to suit your liking. I was a new instant pot user so it's been nice to have detailed instructions. I hate to cook, so this solved all the problems. Well done! Great to read! Nice

Keto Meal Prep is really good! Awesome one!

The book additionally indicates how this sort of eating routine functions. It examines the advantages that this eating routine could give. Very helpful, the only thing that would have made the book better would have been pictures of the meals so that way I could tell at a glance if it was something that I would like to prepare. Informative, keto meal prep - keto meal prep cookbook

Amazing Book. Will buy more from this author.

They might be healthy recipes, but that doesn't mean they aren't super flavorful and fulfilling! Each so far will make its way into my rotation. Oh, and so far I've only been making those that are compatible with the cleanse! So good! I make enough that I'm able to take the leftovers for lunch the next day at work. And every day I'm excited about lunch even though I just ate the same thing the night before! I will buy more from this author. Keto Meal Prep very good book

Step by Step Instructions!

I love the different plans for weight loss vs. building muscle. My only issue with the recipes is that sugar isn't accounted for in the nutritional facts of each recipe. So I've found myself figuring out the amount of sugar there is in each ingredient and serving size. Kind of annoying, but not the worst thing in the world. Other than that, this book is awesome! I love it keto meal prep. Step by Step Instructions!

I like the explanation they give at the beginning of each recipe. The recipes I have tried have turned out well and I have a long list of others to try. I know that many of these will find a regular place in my menus. The one thing that I would like to see included is nutritional information or the amount of protein at the very least as these are concerns that I think many vegetarians have. I know that I do.

Best book

I love this cookbook! I bought the paperback edition and I have not had any issues with the binding yet. Even if that happens, I will find a way to manage it. This book is worth it. I've been a vegetarian for 8 years and this is the best and most helpful vegetarian cookbook I have found. Unfortunately for me, I do not like most Indian or Asian foods. They form the bulk of most of the vegetarian cookbooks I have bought. This one gives me plenty of other options as well as Asian and Indian foods in case I should develop a taste for those someday. I do keep trying! I find that the instructions are clear. The photographs are helpful.

Interesting! This is the best. Cauliflower cooked in here is terrific. It is a fun appliance. Also, fun to try different things. Homemade French fries are so good. I haven't made anything from this book that I didn't like. Great addition to any air fryer. Thanks Andrea J. Clark! I love it!

Love this keto diet makes me healthy!

I purchased this book because I’m on maternity leave and would like to stay keto. Normally I cook every day, but it’s harder now. This book gave a lot of ideas on how to cook things ahead, use fewer dishes, gives ideas for paleo keto, and other options on how to make the recipe different. There’s no pictures, which can deter some people, but I’m ok with it. This has made it easier to stick with keto, have delicious meals while doing minimal work and clean up. We even had some of the ingredients for a few meals in the freezer already! This is my go to book right now.Love this keto diet makes me healthy!

Keto Meal Prep is my favourite!

A good book to read! I am a terrible cook and more often than not make bad choices out of convenience or pure laziness. I warmed myself up by making a few of the Keto Meal Prep recipes on Author’s website and when they all turned out delicious and ridiculously easy I decided to challenge myself to make a recipe from the book every day for as long as I can. It should be pretty easy to do since they are all super easy with step by step instructions! That' amazing! Lovely

The result was very tender meat that was infused with the teriyaki flavor during the cooking process. I have just started to steam vegetables since our garden is now producing fresh organic summer squash, beans, and corn. So far all have turned out super delicious and full of flavor. All the recipes look delicious.

All the recipes look delicious. I haven’t tried any yet. But at first glance: Organized beautifully. I love that it has 3 different types of prep (beginner, performer, maintenance). I liked all the bonus recipes too.
Only one star down because I would’ve liked to see pictures for each meal prep recipe. Maybe it’s just my personal opinion, but cooking is very much visual and I believe cookbooks should be as well.

I'm obsessed with this meal prep book. It's easy to read and follow with great recipes. My personal trainer said THIS is the book to get to keep your nutrition on track. Incredible keto

The Keto Diet is big, polished, well laid out, and colorful. The tables and charts are visually appealing. For those just beginning a keto kitchen library, I would suggest starting with this book. It provides a thorough and appetizing education.

Wow! Awesome!

Wow! Awesome! A rare cookbook.... usually when I buy a cookbook I end up liking maybe three recipes in the whole thing. This one is rare in that, I have liked all of the ones I have tried except for two. That's unheard of! And I have tried quite a few thus far. I have been recommending it to everyone I know with a pot. Lovely!
My husband said the Balsamic honey mustard chicken and carrots is one of his new all-time favorites.

The healthy meal prer cookbook

Meal prepping is essential in anyone’s life! It helps particular with those who work a lot or have long hours. It is nice to do this just once a week or whenever you have the time to do this as it can help you spend more quality time with family. That being said, a great cookbook! Recommended to BUY.
