A great guide for intermittent fasting. Goes quite in-depth about the benefits and science behind this diet plan. Plenty of studies, tips, tricks, and exercises are covered. Recipes for your fasting and nonfasting days are included which make eating healthy easy. My favorite recipes are definitely the turkey burgers and kale chips.

Fasting is easy and works. There’s no need to count calories. All you have to do is choose your fasting windows and eat a few meals a day. I feel hungry less often and have more energy during the day. Do yourself a favor and get these books.

One of the better fasting books I have listened to. I’m impressed with how much work went into these books. Easy to follow recipes with clear instructions. It’s clear that the author knows the subject well. I have been following a 5:2 modified fast and have already lost 10 lbs in a month. I have done intermittent fasting.
