Not what I expected
I made it a little more than 1/2 way thru the whole audio track and it is mostly about relaxation. I expected to hear about weight loss by now, but no. I wish that I had not purchased this item. Also, he does not have a relaxing speach pattern or voice. I would recommend listening to the audio sample before you purchase to see how much this will bother you.

Weight gain during the pandemic
I stay home as much as possible wearing the same jeans which I was big enough not to need a belt. One week after using this audiobook I had to find my old belt and use it.
The second week I had to tighten it up a notch. That’s great but what impresses me is how seamless it has been. My will power is not involved nor inspiration or new hope in some diet idea. It feels calm and natural and unassuming 🙂

Repetitive
I’ve listened to The Original Hypnotic Gastric Band by Benjamin Bonetti for over a year and have benefited greatly. I purchased this in hopes of another experience that would help me feel even better. This is a badly read repeat of the book I own and it has a second reading directly after the first that is, if possible, even worse than his initial reading! He reads it very fast with weird pauses and I do not recommend it at all.

Sleep every time!
I love this, I’ve listened to it dozens of times, and yet I haven’t heard it all yet. I tend to fall asleep at about the ten minute point.
Hopefully my inner self is picking up the weight loss message. The rest of me enjoys the sleep.

This is the best tool to use to get your head in the right space for a health lifestyle. I find making healthy choices so natural when I listen to this at night before I go to sleep. My biggest problem is consistency... But that's my fault
