Smoothie Newbie

I could not be more excited to receive this smoothie recipe book, I'm trying to loose some weight and this is the perfect addition to help me out with some low calorie drinks. When you get this smoothie book there is a nice little table of contents to get you started to know what you want to make. I figured I would go with berries first it would be a great start and very simple, and everyone loves berries. Man it was so good. I can't wait to try so many more recipes out of this book so far i have done three and the were all delish. "This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review"
