Glad I Got This

Recently my dad was experiencing extreme pain and long story short, he has a super inflammed spine along with other joints. He keeps complaining he has nothing to eat. So, when I saw this book I thought it was worth a listen. I tried the Green Smoothie this morning and enjoyed it. There are one or two more I am hoping to try this weekend. There several more I know he will like as well. The narrator was great. It speed was perfect for me. I received this audiobook at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

it's a cookbook

I was looking for more information and not a cookbook recording is nasally and you can hear breath inhalation

Nice and Simple

The book is presented well. However for me a print version would have been better as I had to write down the recipes as the narrator read them out. The book included bit.ly link for 3 free cookbooks but the link is a mix of upper and lower case and the narrator didnt specify which letters needed to be capitalized. I received this book for free at my request.

How to Fight Inflammation..

This 35 pages long book covers meal plans, ingredients list, and outlines for meals. The author touches on inflammation, and that it is basically caused by too much sugar and processed foods. The author also stress that inflammation can be reversed with correct eating habits and exercise. Overall, an informative read, follow the plan in the book, and reduce the inflammation. The narrator, Stark Wilson, did well. Note: "This audio book was provided by the author, narrator, or publisher at no cost in exchange for an unbiased review."

I'm intrigued

I was given this free review copy audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review. I found the content interesting and I think the recipies sound doable. I'm actually really curious if I see/feel any results. That said, I really wish there was an accompanying PDF you could download to actually read the recipies while you try and make them. I think I'll have to listen again and write them down this time.

Week long meal plan!

This is a great seven day meal plan that follows the anti-inflammatory diet. I love how it includes the “grocery list” for each of the days. The narrator is very animated and really enhances the material. I wish there was an accompanying pdf of the recipes, and meal plan. The chapters are broken down by day, but it’s difficult to pinpoint exactly where each recipe is in the audio copy of the book. A Weeks Worth of Recipes to Live By

This audiobook gives the listener a weeks worth of healthy recipes plus four bonus recipes at the end. Each day's menu is comprised of tasty ingredients that are well known to be whole, natural foods that have the added benefits of being naturally anti-inflammatory. The real benefit of this book for me is its format. While similar recipes can be easily found on the internet, this makes a handy daily shopping guide or a great meal plan for the whole week. I found that I wanted to stop and start as I listened so I could make notes and record the recipes I wanted to make. While I love the convenience of audiobooks, cookbooks in audio format still required a scribe, me, in order to really get the most out of them. Listening to the days shopping list while browsing my grocers' fresh produce section helped me break my usual buying habits and replace them with these healthy alternatives. If you are looking for some good recipes on the go, or you are seeking to change undesirable eating habits, I can recommend this audio title as a good resource worthy of a place in your Audible library. This is more than a cookbook, it’s an audioCookbook! It’s even more than that. It is a full week’s menu of anti-inflammatory ingredients, complete with shopping lists. But it’s even more than that, this selection will teach you how to think about foods and their inflammatory properties as well as training you in what spices and foods to turn to when you want these anti-inflammatory properties. There is a good chance you might not even know you are inflamed until it begins to lift and you notice a General well-being. Try this out and add these recipes to your cooking repertoire. The narrator made me forget I was listening to an audioCookbook. He brought his A-game! I would listen to any audioCookbook that he produces.
