The Color of Oceans

Ben Nickerson lives on Cape Cod, one of the premier vacation spots in the country. He doesn’t have a house with an ocean view or live near the beach. He doesn’t own a boat. Ben lives in a sober home because he’s a recovering alcoholic. He works menial jobs and tries to stay below the radar.

As bleak as his life seems Ben is still trying and he has a plan. A plan to put his life back together, put his marriage and his career back together. And while the road he’s currently on isn’t an easy one, or a normal one, Ben has no idea yet how much more twisted it will become.

This is a story about hope and reclamation and the human spirit. It’s a journey showing that no matter how bad things can get there is almost always a way back. You just have to keep moving.
