I saved it till I finished the Morgan series

I listened to the first book in the Morgan series then went back and found Jonah's story so I listened to the first 3 of his then Josh's then I finished books 2-5 of the Morgans then I listened to this one. I suppose you can listen to them in order of release date but I found this order works to get into it too. order I listened to Morgans book 1 this one actually happens during the second book of Josh and Kat's story so should probably be with the other Morgans after J&K's story Jonah& Sarah 1-3 Josh& Kat 1-3 Morgans 2-5 several of the books have an overlaping timeline Jonah & Sarah book 4 epilogue timeline works for this to be the last book I loved this world. I was weirding people out at the grocery store and work (ps not suitable for work) walking around laughing and smiling randomly .

PHEW, WHAT A COUPLE, WHAT A STORY & WHAT A BOOK!!!

Jonas we know has issues - is a deep thinker and his whole life is centered around, and depends upon, the love of his life, his soulmate, his wife Sarah so when her life is once again threatened and lies balanced between life or death you can feel Jonas anguish, sorrow and pain as his tortured soul stands to lose absolutely everything. And dredges up horrific bloody memories of a nightmare that no child should ever see.

But miracles and happy endings do happen (thankfully) but, from tender love scenes your plummeted into Hell along with Jonas as his premonition comes true and he stands to lose all three cherished girls in his life in one fell swoop. Completely riveting and compelling listening and, even when the danger is over, these two characters and their intense love, sexual hunger, witty banter and soul connection have you totally under their spell.

Jonas and Sarah's book 4 is a beautiful love story that could have gone tragically wrong but, in the skilled hands of Lauren Rowe, there was no question that yes, this was going to be a truly emotional roller coaster ride but it would, somehow, end in Sweetstown, Happyville USA. However, I do think there were a few too many chapters focussing and detailing on Jonas' fixation on finding out about how to give the ultimate 'gushing' sexual experience to Sarah..... interesting, informative but nevertheless still yuk.

Worth a credit? Dual POV's, great narration and we get to find out what's been happening in Josh and Kat's life too..... so it's a two-for-one deal that's also emotional, entertaining, delightful..... and yes, very very creditworthy.

Beautiful culmination!

Any additional comments?

I didn't think it was possible for me to love this series more, but The Culmination was truly that - an incredible culmination of an amazing story. It's pretty common knowledge that I think Lauren Rowe can do no wrong, but she really outdid herself this time. I loved seeing Jonas and Sarah a few years into their relationship, and continuing to learn about them as a family. I loved the little peeks into Josh and Cat. The story was extremely well written. I love that the characters all feel real, and that their actions - while certainly not always what I would choose - are completely understandable for that character. A beautiful ending to a beautiful story. I cannot more highly recommend this series to anyone who enjoys smart, well written romances.

The audio performance is wonderful, as always.

By Stacie Sutton Burks

This review is from: The Culmination (The Club Series Book 4) (Kindle Edition)
The Culmination was just that the culmination of the EPIC love story of Sarah and Jonas!! The Characters in this Series The Club Trilogy come ALIVE on the pages of each and every book. ( there are 4) I won't lie you will cry, gasp, scream out loud and laugh your a** off!!! This book is by far my favorite and these wonderful characters have taken up space in my heart. I LOVE them all Jonas and Sarah , Josh and Kat , and let's not leave out Gracie and the babies all the babies and so many more fantastic characters. Family and its importance comes alive in this book. Is there hot steamy monkey sex ABSOLUTELY but it is so much more. Lauren Rowe has opened up her heart , her love and her crazy monkey mind writing this series and I absolutely adore her and her style of writing. She has a sense of humor that is out of this world and that's one of the many things I love about this book!!! Love , Laughter and Family!!! This is a 5 star Series. No Spoiler here READ THIS!!! Worth every penny spent. I look forward to my next Lauren Rowe Adventure!!!

Hold on a minute 🤚🏽

Read the first 3 books in The Club series, then read the Josh & Kat Trilogy before coming back to this book. Trust me on this. I loved this whole series and all the series in the Morgan/Farraday universe. So good that after this, I’m going to go back to Hero and re-listen to the Morgan Brothers again before diving into the Reed Rivers series and Smitten. So good.

Very sexy but sometime too crass

I'm all down for naughty sexy talk but at time Jonas was kinda gross. I have really thick skin and there were points in the book I was just grossed out by not necessarily the scene or the act, but how he was while performing it. Overall, it was ok. I much prefer Sarah's point of view.

Disappointing

What disappointed you about The Culmination?

The characters were cheesy and childish

Has The Culmination turned you off from other books in this genre?

no

How could the performance have been better?

Lauren Rowe is an excellent narrator but John Lane was no good for this genre he sounded like an infomercial trying to sell sex it just didn't work.

Any additional comments?

Well I loved the first 3 in the Club series but this one was very disappointing The story line was a good continuation of the romance between Jonas and Sarah while the actions and conversations in this book were childish, immature and dribble, Jonas was more interested in sex than his new born twins in the NICU and the sex appeared to be just about the shock value and pushing boundaries more than any sensuality to it.Now the male narrator John Lane needs to stick to selling insurance for infomercials, the one star goes to Lauren Rowe for her exceptional narration.

Fine''

What a great conclusion to The Club series's set. Please, please do not read this until you've read the other Club books, In Order!! The books are sexy, scary, imaginative and mind boggling! I loved and hated many of the characters, after unraveling Sarah's work place, you realized everything's possible and it makes you shudder in your shoes!! Thank you Lauren Rowe for another page turning series!! You're phenomenal!!

The longest epilogue ever written

Sarah and Jonas navigate a bumpy road to a happy family life. Sarah’s horrendous experience giving birth to twins was dragged out for pages, and frankly if identified as a high risk pregnancy it is not so unusual that many women couldn’t identify with it. This book though dragged on and on while Jonas works through his worries, fears, and issues. It “culminates” finally when Jonas has finally identified the cause of Sarah’s bedroom reticence and is attempting to correct the perceived problem but in the process blasts into his own hang ups. Of course wise Sarah helps him recognized that some things are not needed to be happy or fulfilled - especially if they have each other. The story has some very dark moments and some very sweet highs as we see the development of the Climbing busiest and lovely scenes with both Faraday twins families. There is also a bit more of Hen and Hannah but sadly nothing on the Morgan brothers as those books hadn’t been written yet. Jonas is still pretty much as boring stiff stuck often in his own head and needs and the perfect Sarah is pretty normal except for being sensitive to Jonas moods much of the time and clued into his very active sex drive. Some of the sex scenes were overtly graphic not in terms of hotness but in terms of messiness and some of the language was just funny. This book was entirely too long- by about 5 times. Thankfully the author Lauren Rowe has greatly improved her editing skills with her more recent books (except for the Reed River series which also was too overblown and not well edited). This book should have been a 2 hour novella for it to have been most effective. The narration was somewhat better.

Can I Get a Woop Woop?

Loved this one the most out of the 3 Jonas and Sarah books. Made me cry, made me laugh-full on belly laugh-out loud, and had me on the edge of my seat. Geat writing, fantastic narration. But listener be warned, there are a couple of uncomfortable (not my cup of tea) moments but each to his or her own. A Great Listen.
