I have thoroughly enjoyed the reading of this book... Lonnie Melashanko puts effort in reading The Clear Word.. Nice relaxing voice to listen to and yet not monotone voice.... I recommend listening to this book over and over again....

True to it's title

This version of the Bible has been a joy to read and I intend to re read it many times! It has certainly made clear many difficult sentences I have previously struggled with in the Bible. It has made reading the Bible both more informative and vastly more enjoyable! Thank-you Jack Blanco!

I wish the numbers of the chapters indicate the Book and chapters in the Bible.

Clear Word Audiobook

Like the Clear Word Bible , but wish the audiobook chapters was not number but the names of the books was written out so you can go to the exact book you want to hear.

Excellent translation of the bible

There is a fine line between textual accuracy and understanding the “context”. This audio book, the Clear Word by Jack Blanco; I feel does an excellent job navigating that fine line.

It feels like I am listening to the Bible and a commentary at the same time. It’s strives to be efficient in this word usage and paint a clear picture of the intentions of the writers. The clear word is a great name for this book because that’s what it does, clarifies passages that are hard to understand at times, it breaks down the Bible into understandable terms/language.. I still use the king James as my primary bible of choice but with accompaniments like these it makes for a much fuller/richer understanding.

Ps. I don’t know if this book is technically considered a translation of the Bible but it certainly feels that way :) and i love it
