When one member of the team goes missing, Charlie realizes she’s running out of time to solve a mystery in the present that has ties to the past. All the while she’s trying to ensure her own future as the jaws of death - in the form of a mythical creature - snap at her heels.

It’s all hands on deck for another adventure, and this time the stakes might be so high not everyone survives.

2nd book is even better then there first.

You will laugh and experience so many emotions with this book. I really love the characters. I can't wait for number three book.

Thank goodness for a wonderful narrator. The story is excellent. Love the characters and plot.

Love this book and the Chupacabra twist

This series is fresh and like nothing else on my bookshelf.

The characters start to develop and become stronger in book 2 and I find myself wanting to learn more about them. Can't wait for book 3.

Interesting

Amanda M. Lee has crafted quite the interesting storyline. It is completely original and will keep you guessing until the very end. Emily Lawrence brings it all to life giving characters their own voices. I recommend this book to cozy mystery fans.

This second book in the series is twice as exciting as the first. I forgot how good this series is.

Awful Bullying

I hated the bullying and the immaturity in the work place even in fiction. Maybe a high school for mean girls would be a better setting. I liked the few magic parts. The new girl never shut up. The Millie character was horrible. My mother-in-law in a book. I had to take a Tylenol for a tension headache and quit listening.
