Great information on understanding Chocolate

Would you consider the audio edition of The Chocolate Therapist to be better than the print version?

Both are very good

The break down of the fats of the good and why and the bad and why.

No, but I would. Great job with the spoken word

You could, but I listened to it over days and then would go back as the information was wonderful
