Light Read

This is not one of the best mysteries I’ve read however it flowed easy. The mystery part of the story was very light and almost all characters not likable…

Enjoy

I really liked this book. Easy to listen to while doing chores and easy to follow. The narration was great. This was the first book by Catherine Cooper I have read/listened to and will be checking out her other works.

So much better than I expected

This book is enhanced by a mixed cast of characters. The set up was done nicely, not sure I got the clues, if I had a complaint that would be the clues were not evident, however, it had a great conclusion, and the murderer was revealed before the ending. Perhaps, this is a how done it, not a who done it.

Surprisingly enjoyable

I wasn't expecting much but I really enjoyed this book, especially the narration which was excellent! I like Catherine Cooper's writing style and will definitely be on the lookout for more of her books. Although the story seems quite 'light' to start there are lots of characters who all have their own interesting stories to share. Nothing complicated, but definitely kept me listening and I was sorry when it finished.

I couldn’t finish it

After a couple of hours I realized that there was no character in the story that I could respect or identify with.I had to return the book Unfinished.
