After all, most people only remember a few big ideas or separate points after reading or listening to a book. I've never heard anyone say "Oh, that was a good continuous-process-of-logically-ordered-argumentation" but I've often heard people say, "Oh, that was a good point." And back to my main point: "Why are you a Catholic?" is a good question. A good question deserves a good answer.

Wonderful Insight to Anxiety
This book touched on so many of my anxieties that turn into panic, health issues, mental issues, etc. I will be implementing her tools to nip my anxieties in the bud! Thank you to her for this book. Helpful
A very practical and helpful book with useful tips. Not as spiritual as other books. It recognizes the reality of psychological issues yet maintains a positive tone that inspires hope in the reader. Of course this does not substitute receiving care from a therapist as it is just a book but it’s a God starting point.

Great advice on how to handle your anxiety
Great book, very helpful and enlightening. Narration is alright, would prefer if they used human narrators. Overall this book is informative and spiritual for anyone not just someone living with anxiety.
