This murderous, drug gang banging council will stop at nothing! When the Police and Feds notice a rise in crime, they start a special task force with the intentions on taking down Marice and his Corporation! The council members are pretty much untouchable leaving the task force full of frustration! Coming up with nothing but dead ends they finally find a leak that leads them to a deadly end!
