Wow – definitely read this book!

Urgent, passionate, smart – and shocking. This book gets at the root of a major cause and symptom of economic inequality in society today. The author also shows how the CEO pay machine hurts American industry. This book is easy to understand for a non-specialist and really opened my eyes. Well worth the effort to read.
