All she wanted was to improve her skills when it came to the C.I was the girl next door…with a few extra pounds. My job was demanding and kept me on my toes, but when I was deep in a case, it left me little time for relationships. And because of that, I had some complaints in the bedroom.

What I wanted was for someone to teach me to be a better lover. I needed someone I trusted with my body without the fear of falling in love and someone who wasn’t looking for anything more than sex. And I needed a man who knew how to use his body.

That was where Cade Nichols came in. He was my older brother’s best friend and anti-commitment. And my brother just challenged him to sleep with only one woman for one month. I offered to help Cade win that bet—as long as he helped me learn my way around a c*ck.

What I didn’t bet on was life not going as planned.

This was a realistic type book. I didn’t like the female voice as it sounded like it was father away when she was reading. Also the used the c*nt word which is the only word I hate lol… so I cringed a couple of times but the story was cute. 2 chili peppers.

The C Agreement already has a massive strike against it. It features the brother's best friend trope, and yes, I did struggle, but I ended up reluctantly enjoying myself even though my mind thought of ways to hate it. If you love that trope, then you will love this book.

4.5 stars - Rayne Thompson is good for Cade Nichols in so many ways. It turns out that he's also good for her. I hate that he has to convince her of his desire for her just as she is, but I love that he puts forth the effort.

I love when he gets all bossy and possessive. So stinking hot! And those lessons! 🔥💦🔥 Delicious naughtiness in private and... sometimes not so private. 🙄🥵

I appreciate that Rayne recognizes the difference between how Cade is and a controlling... person. It makes me like her all the more when she realizes what she wants as she moves forward. This is a great book, and they make a fantastic couple. 💙

I read this series completely out of order. It was easy to follow along and such, but when I re-read this, and I will, it'll be in order.

I received an author's copy of the audio book. The narrators are Finnley Cole and Elena Moore. The narrators are good for their respective characters, but they're better suited for duet narration, keeping to their primary character.
