Good Guide to Nutrition for Busy People


"The Busy Professionals' Guide to Nutrition" is a practical guide and resource for individuals striving to prioritize their health and well-being despite life's chaotic demands. Backed by scientific evidence, the audiobook offers easy-to implement strategies to boost energy, improve mood, and enhance productivity by maintaining a nutritious diet. The guide even has some recipes and provides tailored meal planning for busy professionals. Unfortunately, my favorite part is about picking menu at the restaurant and especially at fast food joints. He thought about everything! He says gut is second brain and talks about enteric nerve system, which is very interesting. He also recommends fermented food, which I eat daily, so I guess I am doing OK just a little. This book can help us regain control of our health and well being.
