Great on Kindle, even better in audio.

Loved this book when I read it on Kindle, so I was excited to see the audio version. I'd forgotten just enough of the story to make this reading just as exciting as the first time. Great narration (I especially love the way Dawe did different accents) and well worth listening to.

Wow! Intelligent love story

Okay I couldn't care less about the fashion world and I still love this story for the witty dialogue and memorable characters and depth of feeling generated between the main characters as the plot evolves. Excellent narration with a variety of accents that keeps the characters credibly distinct. Well done. Looking forward to more stories by this author.

Wow!

What a roller coaster ride. The authors writing is hilarious, engaging and difficult to put down. What a frustrating yet spectacular romance. The narrator is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend.

Different and nice

I liked the characters very much and found the homesick Australian in NYC to be a fascinating woman. There was an incredible streak of good fortune, but overall, fun story.

The truth is freeing

Wow this was an awesome audiobook. A very slow burn that leaves you hanging until the end. So worth it. The build up between Maddie and Elena was wonderful and frustrating at the same time. I loved the supporting characters as well. I couldn’t help but laugh out loud at some of the antics they were up to. Angela Dawe is amazing as always. Her voice can melt butter

Super entertaining

I was hooked right away and wanted to hear how this relationship would work out. The narration was top notch, one of the best narrations I've heard, now I expect a lot from the audio book readers. A narrator can make or break a story, this would have been a drag with a different narration. This book did its job, it entertained.

perfectly told

I really enjoyed this book. The story was perfectly told. Once I started I couldn't get enough! A goose bump filled page-turner. You should definitely check this one out.

One of my favorites

Lee Winter just knows how to write the perfect ice queen. I have lost count how many times I have read or listened to this book. It is fantastic

Absolutely amazing!!!

It was absolutely amazing, i loved the story it's very well written and very entertaining and yes you can sense that it is based on The Devil Wears Prada in a way, with the ice queen and the PA and the fashion part, but then not at all. I love all the interaction between Elena and Maddie and OMG the low sexy voice that Angela has for Elena, i could listen to it all day.
And what Angela Dawe did was absolutely amazing with all the different accents and voices, it was really the best I've ever heard of her and you can really see her talent with this book. i can absolutely recommend this book and if you love a low and sexy voice. just wow!!!
