We set this up in order to discuss the "For the Love of Lou: The Brooklyn Way" benefit show that Howie and I put together, along with any updates on our friend Lou Koller, and the Heavy Healing Film . We discuss all of that, as well as what's been going on with the guys in Sick Of It All since we all got the horrible news about Lou's cancer.
