Publisher's Summary

Magic can save you. Magic can kill you.

Students at the Magisterium are supposed to be safe. Under the watchful eyes of the mages, they are taught to use magic to bring order to a chaotic world.

But now the chaos is fighting back. Call, Tamara, and Aaron should be worrying about things like pop quizzes and magic contests. Instead, after the shocking death of one of their classmates, they must track down a sinister killer...and risk their own lives in the process.

As Call, Tamara, and Aaron discover, magic can only be as good as the person who wields it. In evil hands it has the capacity to do immeasurable harm - unless it is stopped in time.

In this striking third book of Magisterium, best-selling authors Holly Black and Cassandra Clare present us with a school where anything - good or evil - can happen, and the only way to unlock the truth is to risk everything to find it.

You are who?

Book 3 in The Magestirium series, The Bronze Key, holds a lot of surprises. The story is moved forward a great deal. Each novel answers some questions, but brings many questions forward. This one really does that with vigour. I hope the next one comes along sooner than later. If you enjoy fantasy books filled with magic and coming of age with a lot of mystery and intrigue, this series is for you. The first book is the Iron Trials.

Great story to listen to with my son

My 12 year old and I listened to this series. We love Holky Black and had listened to the curse worker series before this. My son rates this the best series that we have listened to yet. I thought that the curse workers was much more clever and smart, but the teenage romance scenes of that one had been too squirmy for my 12 year old.

Great Series

This series takes many wild turns in my opinion, it seems to grasp the fact that the main characters are magicians and powerful they are also just teenagers, i love the way that is shown in the books. #magic #magisterium #YA #Fantasy #Fun

Can't wait for the next one.

Went on a long road trip and listened to the first 3 books in 2 weeks. Very entertaining. My favorite in this type of book is Eragon, but this is a very good listen too.
