The information was easily digestible, if you will! I especially liked the chapter about how to feed your brain and instantly looked up the recipe link. Ursula has given a lot of great extras like that within the book as well, extra tools and guides to easily implement her suggestions here. She points out many common routines or diets are actually bad habits, and offers healthier options - simple things like updating your diet with specific brain-supportive foods, or the importance of social time for your brain health. This book brings you a reality check in a kind and straightforward manner. I also really liked her voice - very easy to listen to and made me feel even more encouraged. Thank Ursula for writing this, and then thank yourself for taking her tips seriously :)
