Loved It - Edge of My Seat

This book, like many of this autbors other series, is like a soap opera/ comedy skit/ fantasy excursion and hit drama all rolled into one bite sized package!

OMG! I laughed my a** off.

The story continues with Cecily having yet another "never a dull moment" day. It's hard to understand a whole new culture in such a short time. Growing up into a fabulous 40 yr old woman and talented actress wasn't easy. But suddenly finding out you're a Demon and knowing how to deal with situations with folks that have been Demons for tens of thousands of years is just a bit mind-boggling. Robyn Peterman writes alarmingly funny books, and this one is aces. Her character development is amazing, you think you know these people, I mean characters. Or at least would like to. The narrator is fantastic. She does a great job differentiating each character so you know who is speaking, and she really gets into the story, delivering to right nuances. Just great. I can't wait for the next book in this series. Loved it.

Candy Vargo

I just started this series after reading the Midlife series and I am writing the review after a few chapters because I was hoping and praying that Candy Vargo would make a reappearance. I love this character so frickin much. I love them all and wish they were my neighbors but Candy is a special one and I hope there will be a series all about her in the future. I would love to listen to her foul mouth over and over. anyway, super glad the characters have merged from the Midlife season into appearances in this one. cannot wait to discover more from this author, as the books are fantastically written and the characters are so easy to visualize and fall in love with. That's what makes writing good or bad and this Author/this series is EXCEPTIONALLY good.
