Predictable

Well I was getting a quick story before I started work, loved this. Reading the pretend of Joslin & Blake love turn real made me smile, this was simple romance.

I received this audio book in exchange for an honest review.

Cute story...

Cute quick story with a HEA, but really needs some editing! the audio file contains false starts and throat clearing that were distracting and ruined my enjoyment.

Is this a joke?

I don't think the author submitted the edited audio. The narrator's voice is not bed but she reread sentences, took long pauses, turned pages, and coughed in the middle of the tape. Terrible.

The Billionaire's Temporary Bride.

Storyline was good; editing was not - coughing by the narrator, pauses in the story.

cute book with a few hiccups in narration

I am a fan of Michelle Jones but the narration on this one was a bit off. Seems to be a few editing issues. But I wanted to know what happened with the story so I looked pass the issues. Really cute story.

How did that get published?

The book has no deep of character and the narrator was the worst I've ever heard.

Great Short Story! Narration not good.

The story line is a great short story with no cliff hangers and no major drama. It flows smoothly if you read the book.

The narration needs fixing ASAP. I know that narrators have lives outside narration, cough occasionally, and must have something to drink, but there is absolutely no reason why these instances could not be edited out. I heard doors opening and closing, the top popping on a soda, the can being moved, and coughing/clearing of the throat. On top of all of this if half of the twice repeated sentences were removed this book could be shortened by a long shot.

I am not one to be overly critical, but these mishaps occurred too many times and I must say it totally ruined the listening experience and my overall enjoyment of this short story.

Fix the mishaps and I could happily rate this story 4-5 stars.

poor narrative

it was hard to focus with all the repeating of words and passages, throat clearing, water drinking, coughing, etc.

Horrible audio

There's only so many times I could listen to repeated sentences and what seemed like the narrator losing place and shuffling papers before I couldn't listen to more. This is a real shame since it results in bad. ratings for the entire book. I am willing, if the narration is done over right, to listen again.
