Publisher's summary

Friendship turns into young love, a nasty breakup, and, maybe, a second chance. Can this billionaire make his great life perfect?

Blake Murphy wants redemption. More than that, he wants a second chance. He'd been avoiding his home town since the day he left for college. Trista Kennedy would be there, and he had no idea how he'd face her after the way he'd treated her. But now, he'd find out. His high school reunion was coming up, and he'd see her then.

Trista had moved on from Blake...until she saw him when he came home for their high school reunion. He was handsome, rich, and easygoing. He'd only been boyishly good-looking in high school. So much had happened in a decade.

Blake's old flame - the one who'd come after he'd broken Trista's heart - was ready to scoop him up again. Trista couldn't even think about competing with her. She'd never outshine the former cheerleader and constant social butterfly. But she felt something. Yearning. What might have been. Regret. She thought he felt it, too.

Is there a chance to mend broken relationships in the heat of a small Arizona town after a decade apart?

I'm not impressed

To me the storyline was juvenile and the ending left me feeling unsatisfied. The narration left much to be desired. She talked way to slow and the male voices needed help. The narration was not a good fit.

happy ending

I felt the narration made the story seem slow and made the story drag a little.

Horrible narrative

I received a promo code for this book and this is my honest review on The Billionaire’s High School Reunion. First of let me say that I liked the story. But I had a really hard time listening to it because of the narrator. Her voice was whiny and boring. She mixed the correctors a lot so I was having a hard time fallowing the story line. I might go back and just read the book instead of listening. I did finish, but I couldn’t listen to the rest of the books in the series.

cute sweet second chance story

Trista and Blake are old high school sweethearts who broke up over not going to the same college. The ten year class reunion was comimg up Blake is now a successful sports personality on TV and businessman. Noone knows that he has a net worth of billions of dollars.
He sees his old flame and knows that he is still in love with her, but doesn't know if she will accept his apology.
I loved how they ended up getting a chance to air out their feelings and to get forgiveness. this was just a really sweet clean romance and quick listen and read.

I got this free with an honest review so here goes

Where do I start🤦🏼‍♀️Omg this narrator WHYYYYY. Fact...a narrator can make or break ANY book. With that said..... pleeeease Help me understand something. After listening to her in this audiobook..Why would you have her narrate again? 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Dear god I was cringing while listening to her female voices. I Literally cringed. She was so distracting that it was hard to follow the story. I had to back up a few times to figure out what she was saying..I stopped this book several times because I couldn’t take it anymore😬🤷🏼‍♀️. There's NO way I’ll be able to listen to the other books in the series that she’s narrating.😢. Seeing I got them free...I’ll probably read them instead. Sorry.

Now for the book.....I’m not sure if it was the narrator or the story itself but...I would of guessed these were actual high school students instead of adults at a class reunion. Blake comes a crossed as a total dumb nerd. He even says “do you think I’m a dummy”. and calls her a dork.🤦🏼‍♀️ bad ass billionaire, what? Trista comes a crossed as a stupid little girl....not a lawyer. Travis sounded like a DA as well. Wth. Unfortunately I don’t think it all falls on the narrator alone.
It was a real struggle to finish. Like pulling my hair out struggle 😱🙉
