There's Go'na Be a Lot'a Shak'n Go'n On The San Andreas fault runs directly through California and under a portion of San Francisco. There have been fears for many years that another major earthquake like the one in 1906 could occur any time destroying the city and sending California into the Pacific Ocean. Two disenchanted college-age terrorists decide to use a bomb to trigger the built-up energy in the fault and wipe out the shambles thirty-million Californians had made and start again. One terrorist wishes to clear away the pollution, the industrialization, and the destruction of the environment. The other is repulsed by the degradation and lifestyles of people on the West Coast. Part way through their plans to trigger a magnitude 8.0 earthquake, they discover that one of them is a radical liberal and the other a radical conservative. How is that possible? Can they continue to work together?
