The Bible, a victim of its own success. Misconceptions abound, many because people think what sounds good just has to come from the Bible, and others by misunderstanding. Did Paul oppose marriage and sex? What was the curse on Adam? Why did Joseph and Mary go to Bethlehem? How many wise men visited the infant Jesus in the stable? The answers to these and other questions may surprise listeners. This book does not claim to be definitive, indeed it asks listeners specifically not to believe the book, but to believe the Bible, what it actually says rather than what people often think it says. It is intended to encourage listeners to study carefully and to think about what they study.
