There were incredible bits of knowledge in this book recording about what is happening in the background in relational connections. I grew up as a beta male and utilized personal growth to get numerous alpha qualities, I can identify with the sensational move in the manner I saw ladies and the manner in which they reacted to me after I began to change my outlook.

Credit to the author for his respect and understanding of this frustrating situation for encouraging self-kindness/compassion. I love someone and feel wildly attracted to this person - so I hope I will let it take its natural course. I hope this for anyone else too who wishes to love and be loved. At last. I have to say this is very Encouraging. But Fair warning, it is not an audiobook with magical powers. If you are not willing to change and be a better dude, nothing can help you except meeting an equally dysfunctional woman but she will catch your BS too, eventually.
