Easy to follow!

There is a lot of really great information in this book! It provides a nice background to Ketogenic states and maintaining ketosis. The book also offers a whole slew of recipes to help you maintain your ketosis. I recommend this book looking to change their diet and look more towards a low carb, high fat and protein diet.

This is the most total and ideal guide for everybody intrigued or veterans in the Keto Diet. The book will teach you all the essentials you will need to lose weight, boost energy and heal your body at the same time and it provides a step by step guide how to do it effectively. As a beginner, this is just what I need to know before buying a Keto cookbook.

it's cool

Not to be exaggerated, but it's a conclusive Ketogenic guide. discussions are carefully laid out. i'm now aware of the possible side effects of the said diet, but after days of contemplation, i'm concluding that the benefits outweigh the side effects.

Worth purchasing

That is about the first third of the book. The rest of it is an outline including ketogenic recipes and food that facilitate the process. The information is straight forward and easy to understand. I'm so glad I found the ketogenic diet cookbook. Worth purchasing!

This is very good information and very helpful if you want to be successful in obtaining and maintaining ketosis. My advice would be if you listen any other books about a ketogenic diet before starting a program, read this one along with it.The book is easy to read and understand. The author has a good knowledge about this subject.

Easier Than I Thought!

We've done ketogenic diets on and off and really enjoyed it, but never tried intermittent fasting or dairy-free, nut free keto. It sounded pretty daunting, but I talked my family into it by trying it for just one month. It was easier than I thought thanks to Rachel Decker delicious recipes and noticeably helped us with multiple health issues as well.

Just the kind of Ketogenic book I need. I have been looking for the Ketogenic diet book that has plenty of dessert recipes and so glad I found this one. My kid and I are surely going to love the recipes here.
