The author presented an amazing idea for us!

Thankful for this voice book which contains the essential info on IF and how to get started as a beginner in an easy way. A perfect book about these topics

This is really a great guideline, especially for beginners. Intermittent fasting is a pattern of eating that cycles periods of eating and fasting, or not eating.
