The Battle of the Daylight Vampires

When old Henry Kidd was accidentally turned into a vampire by the priest who was trying to save his life, Henry's life changed. First for the better while he was in charge of his feeding but then for the worse when the feeding became a frenzy. He killed his grandson's girlfriend and his grandson was distraught, standing outside in the night urging his grandfather to kill him as well. Henry agrees to do it but tries to die himself at the same time. The go out to sea in a boat and Henry takes his blood but when he dribbles his own blood into Simon, his grandson's, mouth the sun shines through it. Simon wakes to find Henry dead but he lives. When he returns to shore in the morning and he is close to Tom the urchin's Neck, when he is helping him to tie up boat for a few pence, he drains Tom of blood. When he realises what he is and what he has done, Simon dribbles his own blood into Tom's mouth to save him and an unlikely liaison is formed. They leave England and grow rich killing rich French noblemen and their families to return after the famous vampire killer is to old to be any problem. When Simon meets him Saul Thomas the vampire killer does not seem to have changed a bit. Simon realises that Saul Thomas is the same as he is and they join forces. Saul Thomas has a lot of friends but they do not agree with having female or children daylight vampires. Young Tom has to die but young Tom has made friends and the war begins-
