Early detective stories rediscovered
This book is a compilation of Mary Fortune’s (1833-1911) detective stories set in Australian gold rush. These stories included mystery, murder, twists and turns and ultimate conclusion. The narration by Robbie Smith was excellent and added to the enjoyment of the stories.

The Australian Detective
This was a very good read. Some of the earliest detective stories ever written! Robbie Smith was a fine narrator. I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
